In this episode, Norma Cother talks about a new concept in getting a home ready for sale in a competitive market -- Staging. Recently, Norma attended a course in Memphis, TN to become the first realtor in Tupelo, MS certified as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). Norma talks about what is involved in staging, how staging helps the home seller and buyer, alike, and what occupants of a staged home can expect while the home is on the market. Finally, she answers listeners' questions about staging.
